Fee Paus

Fee (22) is een vrolijke, empathische en nieuwsgierige danseres die ernaar uitkijkt om binnenkort het werkveld in te treden en als docent en maker aan de slag te gaan.   

Fee is op jonge leeftijd begonnen met dansen. Door de jaren heen groeide haar liefde voor dans en realiseerde ze zich dat ze graag met mensen werkt. De keuze voor de opleiding Docent Dans was snel gemaakt. Binnen de opleiding heeft zij zich voornamelijk gefocust op de stijlen modern en jazz. Ook binnen improvisatie voelt zij zich thuis. Hier krijgt haar creativiteit alle ruimte en voelt zij de vrijheid om verschillende bewegingskwaliteiten op haar eigen manier te onderzoeken.  

Binnen een creatief maakproces werkt Fee graag onderzoekend en neemt zij de tijd om zich te verdiepen in haar inspiratiebronnen. Een inspiratiebron kan voor haar alles zijn, een ontmoeting op straat, een maatschappelijk dilemma, een kindergedichtje maar ook een alledaags object. Ze denkt na over wat zij met het publiek wilt communiceren en probeert met een open houding altijd ontwikkeling op te zoeken.  

Fee hecht als docent waarde aan het creëren van een fijne werksfeer. Wanneer mensen zich binnen de leeromgeving op hun gemak voelen draagt dit bij aan het plezier in de les en het openstaan voor het leren van nieuwe dingen. Fee vind dat er binnen de lessen altijd ruimte moet zijn voor individuele ontwikkeling en persoonlijkheid. Ze stimuleert graag haar leerlingen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

Fee (22) is a cheerful, empathetic and curious dancer who is looking forward to entering the field soon and starting work as a teacher and maker. 

Fee started dancing at a young age. Over the years her love for dance grew and she realized that she likes to work with people. The choice for the Dance in Education course was quickly made. Within the training she mainly focused on the styles modern and jazz. She also feels at home in improvisation. Here her creativity is given all the space and she feels the freedom to explore different movement qualities in her own way. 

Within a creative process, Fee likes to work inquisitively and takes the time to delve into her sources of inspiration. A source of inspiration for her can be anything, a meeting on the street, a social dilemma, a children’s poem, but also an everyday object. She thinks about what she wants to communicate to the public and always tries to seek development with an open attitude. 

As a teacher, Fee values ​​creating a pleasant working atmosphere. When people feel comfortable within the learning environment, this contributes to the enjoyment of the lesson and the openness to learning new things. Fee believes that there should always be room for individual development and personality within the lessons. She likes to encourage her students to get the best out of themselves.
